| CCTV Liaison Group (PDC) |

This group meets at 6-monthly intervals and are attended by the joint Kerrier/Penwith District Council CCTV coordinator, the Remploy Manager of the CCTV Centre, a police CCTV Liaison Officer and a small number of council representatives.
Their purpose is to report on issues with the system. |

| Cornwall Air Quality Forum (PDC) |

The Cornwall Air Quality Forum (CAQF) was established in 1995.
It has representatives from five of the District Councils in Cornwall, Cornwall County Council, the Environment Agency and Cornwall College.
Cornwall College acts for the Cornwall Air Quality Forum (CAQF) in a technical capacity. It offers expertise in the field of outdoor and indoor air quality monitoring; in particular the monitoring of ambient dust, airborne particulate matter, traffic pollution, nitrogen dioxide, ozone, pollutant mapping and health effects.
Aims:
- To gather using sound scientific principles information on air quality over Cornwall
- To advise on local air quality management in Cornwall
- To influence strategic decisions with sound evidence based advice
- To provide a forum for discussing topics relating to air quality

| Cornwall Buildings Preservation Trust (PDC) (2005-2008) |

I have been appointed to the Cornwall Buildings Preservation Trust by Penwith District Council.
The Trust is a non-profit company, limited by guarantee and registered as a charity. Its object is to secure the preservation of buildings of quality and of any period in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, whether in town or villages.
The Trust's Secretary is Mr. David Stephens, 3 Carey Park, Redannick, Truro, TR1 2LD. Tel: 01872-279181.
As a Trust member I have proposed that the Old Brewery Office in Sea Lane, Hayle be considered. It has been surveyed and has the interest of the Trust.

| Glebe Working Committee (HTC) |

The Glebe Working Committee is involved with the provision of a cemetary extension and allotments. It meets approximately quartely with the Phillack PCC and is close to an agreement to purchase land for the cemetary extension and to lease land for the provision of allotments.

| Harvey's Foundry Trust - Artefacts Committee (HTC) |

This committee is concerned with creating an archive of Hayle's historical records and with providing display and storage space for large historical items including machinery, steam engines, etc. |

A descendent of the Hayle Action Trust, the Hayle Area Forum is a meeting place for all Hayle and area organisations. I have recently been appointed to the Forum to represent the Penwirh District Council. |

| Hayle and District Chamber of Commerce (HTC) |
| |
Hayle Chamber of Commerce has become a key player in the redevelopment of the town's commercial and industrial base; liaising with and facilitating meetings with key organisations involved in writing the Local and Regional Structural Plan. This website and its future development is just one example of the forward thinking of the Hayle Action Team and the Executive Committee in addressing both our members' and the town's needs at the start of the 21st Century.
I am the Hayle Town Council liaison to the Chamber.

| Neighbourhood Police Liaison Panel (PDC) |

The Neighbourhood Panel meets every two months to provide an interface between the police and the local community.
It is chaired by Inspector Jean Phillips.

| PAROW - Penwith Access and Rights of Way Forum (HTC) |

I have been appointed to PAROW by Hayle Town Council.
PAROW was formed in 2002 at the instigation of Penwith District council, The Ramblers Association, The West Cornwall Footpaths Preservation Society and West Penwith Bridleways Association.
PAROW is a partnership supported by Penwith District Council, Cornwall County Council and the Community Development Trust. It also has received supported from the Cornwall AONB Partnership, and Objective 1 Rural Funds.
The Objective of PAROW is to promote and achieve wider access to public rights of way, paths and open land in Penwith, with further development of the network, in partnership with all aspects of the community.
PAROW Forum meetings are held once each month. All interested in our paths and RoW are welcome to attend.

Robb Lello, a Town and District Councillor and local businessman.
Jayne Ninnes, a long-time Hayle resident, Hayle Town Councillor and keen activist for town issues. She is a manager at Cornwall College.
Col. Richard Selby-Boothroyd is Vice President of Hayle Old Cornwall Society, a trustee and Treasurer of Hayle Town Trust and of Harvey’s Foundry Trust (a major heritage and regeneration project in Hayle), parish clerk to the two rural parishes adjacent to Hayle, and a Church of England ordinand.
Raymond Wyse is a local businessman.
Frank Goff, a restoration surveyor and former Managing Director of a well-known company involved with the restoration of a number of important London historic structures including the White Tower at HM Tower of London and Kensington Palace and with extensive experience in the repair and restoration of many historic buildings. He is a member of the Society for the Protection of Ancient Buildings. He has worked on a wide range of structures and is an acknowledged expert in restoration.
Tim Clarke, a retired army officer, a quantity surveyor, rural estate manager and home inspector currently working in estate management for Penwith District Council, Cable & Wireless and Lord Falmouth.

Penwith District Council and a wide range of tourism providers came together in 2004 to form the Penwith Tourism Action Group (P-TAG). The group exists to ensure tourism in Penwith:
- Benefits the economy of Penwith
- Provides a quality experience for our visitors
- Supports our local communities and culture
- Protects and enhances the built and natural environment

I have been appointed to the Cornwall Buildings Preservation Trust by Penwith District Council.
The Towans Partnership was formed early in 2002 to bring together land owners, local government, government agencies and other parties interested in the Towans. |

Wave Hub, Hayle - Partnership Board (PDC) |

The South West RDA has created the Partnership Board to act as a coordinating point for the future development of the wave energy sector and to advise SWERDA in relation to key decisions affecting the Wave Hub itself. The group considers how research activity being undertaken locally best works alongside the needs of the project and the developers as well as advising how local economic development activity can best take advantage of the opportunities the project offers.
